Pocket Aces is a Democratic political consulting firm based in Northern Virginia. We are a full-service firm specializing in helping Democratic campaigns and causes tell a persuasive story — from general strategy through media production.

Successful members of our team are creative, collaborative, and intellectually curious, with a passion for politics up and down the ballot. We value self-starters with a strong sense of humor who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You don't need a politically curated résumé — we encourage diverse and non-traditional applicants. We're looking for the right person, not the right résumé.

I had never been involved in politics before, but I was able to take in something new every day and had a great experience working in the office! I got the opportunity to work on a State Senate campaign, which helped me learn more about field work and GOTV efforts.
